摘要:目的:对国内椎动脉型颈椎病不同动物造模方法进行回顾、分析,并评价其优缺点,以期为椎动脉型颈椎病实验研究提供新的思路与方法。方法:检索1991年11月-2013年12月中国知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库,依据纳入和排除标准筛选椎动脉型颈椎病动物模型制作相关的中文文献。结果:共有18篇文章纳入分析范围,发现国内本病动物模型复制主要有植骨压迫法、椎动脉结扎造模法、注射组织硬化剂法、力学平衡失调法、瘀血阻络法、混合造模法6种。结论:组织硬化剂注射法近年研究较多,混合造模法在实验中得到了成功验证并认可,但造模方法评价标准不统一、符合中医证型的造模较少。
Objective:To review and analyze the current domestic animal models of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis, and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages in order to provide new ideas and methods of the experiment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis. Methods: The CNKI database, Wanfang database and VIP database were re- trieved to select Chinese related documents on the animal models of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis according to inclusion and exclusion criteria from November 1991 to December 2013. Results: Totally, 18 articles were included ac- cording to inclusion and exclusion criteria. There were 6 types of animal model, including bone graft compression method, vertebral artery ligation molding, sclerosant injection method, mechanical imbalance method, blood stasis method, hybrid modeling method. Conclusion: Recently the sclerosant injection method is used more than the other methods. The hybrid modeling method is successfully validated and approved in the experiments. But the evaluation criteria of molding are not unified and there are few models consistent with TCM syndrome type.
