摘要：通过研究学习《伤寒论》白术有关条文及各类文献,对其进行分析、归纳和总结,探究其用法用量、配伍方式,尤其是在辨证论治原则下蕴含的“量准效专”“以辅为增”之特点及其病机、脉象等规律,以期对研究仲景辨证论治思想和中医临床发展提供指导意义。
Through the relevant provisions and Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma)in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and all kinds of literature,it analyzed,summarized and probed into its usage and dosage,compatibility,especially the characteristics of"accurate quantity for special effect"and"auxiliary treatment for increasing effect"under the principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment and its pathogenesis,and pulse conditions,in order to research Zhongjing’s thought of syndrome differentiation and treatment and provide guiding significance to the clinical development of TCM.
