摘要：目的观察星状神经节埋线为主治疗交感神经型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取60例交感神经型颈椎病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。其中治疗组运用星状神经节埋线为主治疗,对照组运用单纯穴位埋线治疗。3个疗程后观察2组的疗效。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为96.67%(29/30)和73.37%(22/30),治疗组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论星状神经节埋线为主治疗交感神经型颈椎病具有明显的临床效果,可以推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of stellate ganglion catgut implantation in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis. Methods 60 patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with simple acupoint catgut embedding. The control group was treated with catgut implantation. The curative effect of the two groups was observed after 3 courses of treatment. Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.67 %(29/30) and 73.37%(22/30) respectively. The treatment group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05). Conclusion stellate ganglion catgut implantation in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis is effective, and can be widely used.
