摘要：受地理环境、气候物产、政治经济和文化背景等因素影响,在中国饮食系统中形成了诸多各具特色的菜系,陇菜(甘肃菜)是众多菜系中的一种。陇菜菜系具有食材丰富独特、菜系源远流长、少数民族特色鲜明、以民间菜式为主等显著特色。借助华夏文明传承创新区和"一带一路"建设的契机,要对陇菜菜系进行深入挖掘研究并广泛宣传推介,以促进甘肃饮食文化的发展和繁荣。
By the geographical environment, climate, products, and the political, economic and cultural background factors, in the Chinese diet system formed a number of distinctive cuisine, Gansu vegetables（Gansu cuisine） is a range of cuisine. Gansu vegetables cuisine has a rich ingredients unique, cuisine has a long history, distinctive ethnic characteristics, to folk dishes as significant characteristics. With Chinese civilization inheritance and innovation area and ＂along the way＂ of the construction of it, to Gansu cuisine of deep mining research and extensive publicity promotion, in order to promote the development and prosperity of the diet culture of Gansu Province.
