摘要：我科在总结吸收了手法治疗腰椎小关节综合征众家之长后，根据我们的治疗实践，确定了“二步、三位”法，通过１２４例腰椎小关节综合征病人的疗效观察，其中治疗优良率占９５％。本文对腰椎小关节综合征的病理改变提出了不同的见解，并试图从其病理改变和手法治疗的力学特征，阐述其治疗机理，使治疗手法具有较严密的科学依据。通过我们的资料分析，腰椎小关节紊乱综合征好发于２５～４５岁年龄段，男性多于女性。好发部位为下腰段。Ｘ线正侧位片诊断意义不大，斜位片或ＣＴ片有临床诊断意义。
Abstract On the base of absorbing the experience of hand therapy for small-joint syndrome of lumbar vertebra. we have determind a curing process called″two steps and three postures,″according to our clinical practice. 124 cases have been observed. 95%percent of them was cured or improved. The thesis states our views that is different from other's and explains the rnechanism of the therapy in the light of mechanical characteristics of the therapy and the pathological change to provide scientific basis to it. The cases shows that the frequently-occuring age are 25 to 45 year ,old and there are more men suffering form this disease than women.The lower part of the lumbar vertibra is more easy to suffer from the disease.The positive X-ray picture is of little dignostic value, but side X─ray pictures and CT examination are of clinical diagnostic value.
