摘要：目的:了解定西市某高校医学生结核病相关知识知晓情况,分析影响因素。方法:2020年10—11月随机抽取定西市某校医学生806人,采用自行设计的调查问卷对其结核病相关知识的知晓情况进行调查。结果:806名医学生结核病相关知识的总知晓率为78.70%。其中,基础知识、预防行为知识、诊疗相关知识的平均知晓率分别为89.76%、80.70%和65.63%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=1546.0,P<0.05)。医学生结核病相关知识知晓率与其所在年级、户口类型、是否参加过结核病防治相关健康教育、专业、父母最高文化程度等因素有关,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为531.223、223.690、222.576、1691.640和872.28,P值均<0.01)。结论:定西市某高校医学生结核病相关知识知晓率存在较大差异,其中诊疗相关知识的知晓率最低。年级、专业、健康教育、户籍类型、父母文化程度是结核病知识知晓率的影响因素。
OBJECTIVE To understand the awareness rate of tuberculosis related knowledge among medical students in a univer?sity and analyze its influencing factors.METHODS 806 students from the medical teaching department of a university in Dingxi were selected as the subjects from October to November in 2020.Combined with the situation of tuberculosis a questionnaire was de?signed and investigated.RESULTS The total tuberculosis awareness rate among 806 medical students was 78.70%.Among them,the average awareness rate of basic knowledge,preventive behavior knowledge,and diagnosis and treatment-related knowledge were 89.76%,80.7%,and 65.63%,respectively,which was statistically significant(χ^(2)=1546.0,P<0.05).The knowledge rate of tuberculo?sis-related knowledge to medical students was related to their grade,household registration type,participation in health education,major and parents(χ^(2)=531.223,223.690,222.576,1691.640,872.28,respectively,P<0.01).CONCLUSION There are great differ?ences in the awareness rate of pulmonary tuberculosis related knowledge among students,and the awareness rate of diagnosis and treatment related knowledge is the lowest.Grade,major,health education,registered residence type and parents’education level were the influencing factors of tuberculosis knowledge awareness rate.
