摘要:幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)是一种主要定植于胃黏膜的革兰氏阴性菌,与胃炎、消化性溃疡及胃癌等疾病的发生密切相关。常用治疗方法包括含抗生素的三联或四联疗法,但长期应用易产生耐药性和药物不良反应。源于生物体代谢产生的天然化合物(如生物碱、萜类、黄酮、鞣质、香豆素、醌类等),因来源广泛、结构多样及较低的潜在毒性,在Hp的防治领域展现出显著优势和潜力。本文系统综述了上述天然化合物的主要来源及其抗Hp的作用机制,旨在为开发高效、低毒的新型抗Hp药物提供科学依据。
Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is a Gram-negative bacterium primarily colonizing the gastric mucosa.It is closely associated with the development of gastritis,peptic ulcers,and gastric cancer.Common therapeutic regimens include triple therapy and quadruple therapy;however,long-term application can lead to drug resistance and adverse drug reactions.Natural compounds derived from biological metabolism,such as alkaloids,terpenoids,flavonoids,tannins,coumarins,and quinones,demonstrate significant advantages and potential in the prevention and treatment of Hp infections,due to their wide natural sources,diverse structures,and relatively low potential toxicity.This article systematically reviews the sources of these natural compounds and their mechanisms of action against Hp,aiming to provide a scientific basis for developing novel,highly effective,and low-toxicity anti-Hp agents.
