摘要：“卫主气,营主血”,营卫理论是中医辨病辨证、据证选方、遣方用药的重要基础,长期指导临床实践。营气出中焦,是气血生成的重要物质来源,为脾胃所主,依精微所化,沿脉内而行,循经络畅达全身,生气血以养机体。《灵枢?本神》基于“脾藏营,营舍意,脾气虚则四肢不用,五脏不安”等理论以证脾胃对营气的贮藏、营气对五脏的重要营养作用。营气在一天24 h中的变化与气血阴阳盛衰及经络循行密切相关。近年研究发现,营气具有昼夜节律性,且在不同时间段与血压的波动有一定的相关性,这为高血压病的中医发病机制提供新的分析视角,脾胃则是其重要契入点。
“Wei regulates qi and Ying regulates blood”.Yingwei theory is an important basis for TCM disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation,prescription selection and prescription dispensation,and it guides clinical practice for a long time.Ying qi comes from Middle Jiao,and is an important material source for the generation of qi and blood.It is dominated by the spleen and stomach.It can travel along the veins and meridians to reach the whole body.Ling Shu?Benshen is based on the theory of“the spleen storing Ying,and mind store in it.If the spleen is deficient,the limbs are not used,and the five zang organs are restless”to prove the spleen and stomach to the storage of Ying qi,and the important nutritional role of Ying qi to the five zang organs.The variation of Ying qi in 24 hours a day is closely related to the rise and fall of qi and blood,the deviation of yin and yang and the circulation of meridians.In recent years,it has been found that the movement of Ying qi has circadian rhythm and has a certain correlation with the fluctuation of blood pressure in different time periods,which provides a new perspective for the analysis of the pathogenesis of hypertension in TCM,and the spleen and stomach is an important input point.
