摘要：为将"思政辅导"转变为"辅导思政",某中医药大学积极将"立医德,育仁医"作为辅导员队伍建设工作的重点,围绕医学发展的方向和医师未来的成长路径,按照高校思政特点健全辅导员队伍,构建合理的评价机制,提升辅导员文化涵养,形成了"弘扬中医大爱,加强德育引领,彰显榜样力量"的医学类高校思政辅导新模式。
In order to transform "ideological and political guidance" into "guidance and politics", a university of traditional Chinese medicine actively regards "establishing medical ethics and educating benevolence" as the emphasis of the construction of counselors’ team. Focusing on the direction of medical development and the future growth path of doctors, the team of counselors has been improved according to the ideological and political characteristics of universities, a reasonable evaluation mechanism has been built, and the cultural cultivation of counselors is improved, and a new mode of ideological and political guidance in medical universities with "carrying forward the great love of traditional Chinese medicine, strengthening moral education guidance, and highlighting the power of example" has been formed.
