摘要:目的:建立不同比例鳖血炮制的柴胡制品中柴胡总皂苷含量的测定方法并比较,为鳖血柴胡的合理有效应用提供参考。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,以柴胡皂苷a、柴胡皂苷d为对照品,在波长为545 nm处测定不同比例鳖血炮制柴胡制品中柴胡总皂苷的含量。结果:柴胡经鳖血炮制后,柴胡∶鳖血∶黄酒为100∶13∶25(传统炮制组C5)的柴胡总皂苷含量增加,试验组C1~C4柴胡总皂苷含量呈下降趋势,其中以柴胡∶鳖血为100∶40组下降最显著。结论:采用紫外分光光度法测定柴胡总皂苷含量的方法操作简便,重现性好,准确可靠。柴胡经不同比例鳖血炮制后,柴胡总皂苷的含量发生变化。
To determine and compare the content of saikosaponins in Radix Bupleuri,which was processed with soft-shelled turtle blood in different proportions.Methods:The content of saikosaponins in Radix Bupleuri was calculated by ultraviolet spectroscopy with saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d as reference substance,and the wavelength was set at 545 nm.Results:The contents of saikosaponins in Radix Bupleuri increased in bupleurum,turtle-blood,yellow-rice-wine(100∶13∶25)group,but other groups decreased which processed by soft-shelled turtle blood of different proportions,and it was remarkable in bupleurum,turtle-blood(100∶40)group.Conclusion:The method of ultraviolet spectroscopy was simple,reproducible,accurate and reliable,which could be used as the method for determination of saikosaponins of Radix Bupleuri preferably.The content of saikosaponins in Radix Bupleuri changed after processed by soft-shelled turtle blood of different proportions.
