摘要：目的研究循环血Septin 9基因甲基化在结直肠癌筛查中的检出率及术后监控中的临床意义。方法选取甘肃省人民医院2018年1月-2019年1月入院结直肠癌患者125例为实验组,74例非肿瘤患者为对照组,检测外周血Septin 9基因甲基化、癌胚抗原(CEA)、CA199、CA724,统计4项检查指标的诊断灵敏度、特异度、总符合率,观察结直肠癌患者术后4项检查指标阳性率。结果Septin 9基因甲基化阳性检出率实验组较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。实验组检测中Septin 9基因甲基化诊断灵敏度较其他3项检查指标显著增高(P<0.05),4项检测指标总符合率对比Septin 9为最高(P<0.05)。结论循环血Septin 9基因甲基化检测较CEA、CA199、CA724在结直肠癌诊断中具有更高诊断效能,可用于结直肠癌筛查以及疗效评估。
Objective To study the value of peripheral blood Septin 9 gene methylation status in colorectal cancer screening.Methods 125 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to Gansu Provincial Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in the experimental group and 74 ordinary patients in the control group.The two groups were tested for the methylation of serum Septin 9 gene,CEA,CA199 and CA724;the colorectal cancer patients in the experimental group and the control group were analyzed,the four indexes were counted and observed.Results The positive detection rate of Septin 9 gene methylation was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).The diagnostic sensitivity of the methylation of Septin 9 gene in the colorectal cancer patients was significantly higher than that of the other three indexes(P<0.05).The total coincidence rates of the four indexes,Septin 9 gene was the highest(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with CEA,CA199,and CA724,the detection of the peripheral blood Septin 9 gene methylation is more effective in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer and can be used in colorectal cancer screening.
