摘要：目的对604例入院高血压患者的高血压控制率及其影响因素进行调查分析,为医疗管理部门制定高血压防治策略提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样的方法,抽取兰州市5所三甲医院入院患者中的604例高血压患者,采用问卷调查获得数据,并通过2检验和多因素Logistic回归分析对数据进行分析。结果入院高血压患者的高血压知晓率、治疗率和控制率分别为89.4%、86.6%和25.5%。控制率的Logistic回归分析结果显示,婚姻状况、自我管理能力、服药依从性、管理血压自信心与控制率有关(均有P<0.05)。结论医护人员应对入院高血压患者实施科学的健康教育,提高其服药依从性和自我管理能力,增强管理血压的自信心并跟踪其遵医行为,以控制其血压、保护脏器功能、降低并发症,提高高血压患者生活质量。
Objective To provide scientific basis for establishing strategies for the prevention and treatment of hypertension through investigating the controlling rate of hypertension and its influencing factors. Methods The random sampling method and the questionnaire survey were used. The controlling rate of hypertension among 604 hypertensive patients in five top three hospitals in Lanzhou city were investigated and its influencing factors were analyzed. Data were analyzed by the χ2test and the multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results The awareness rate,the treatment rate and the controlling rate of hypertension were 89. 4%,86. 6% and 25. 5%,respectively. The logistic regression analysis on the controlling rate of hypertension indicated that patients＇ marital status,the self-management skills,the medication adherence and the self-confidence on their blood pressure management had correlations with the controlling rate of hypertension（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Strengthening scientific and reasonable health education for the hospitalized patients with hypertension by doctors and nurses,improving their compliance to anti-hypertension therapy and self-management skills,and tracking their medical compliance behaviors are effective strategies to control hypertension,protect organ function,decrease the incidence rate of hypertensive emergency（ or urgency） and other complications,and improve their life quality.
