摘要:目的:探讨翻转课堂教学模式在临床医学专业教学中的优劣.方法:选取五年制临床医学专业平行班级学生共157人,A班采用传统教学法(对照组),B班采用翻转课堂教学法(实验组).经过一个阶段的教学实践后通过问卷调查和试卷测试的方式对教学效果进行评价和比较.结果:翻转课堂教学模式下,学生的学习兴趣和学习效率大大提高,学生对课程的满意度、对学习内容掌握程度及学习成绩均高于传统教学组,同时学生的沟通能力、分析和解决问题的能力、个人成就感都得到较大程度的提升.结论:生物化学翻转课堂教学模式能够提高教师教学和学生学习效率,也有利于学生综合能力的培养,值得推广.
The purpose of this study is to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the flipped classroom in clinical medicine teaching.157 students in the parallel classes of five-year clinical students were selected,and the traditional teaching method(control group)was adopted in class A,while the flipped classroom teaching method(experimental group)was used in class B.After a period of teaching practice,a questionnaire survey and test papers were conducted to evaluate and compare the teaching effectiveness of this two classes.It is found that the flipped classroom teaching mode can greatly improve students^learning interest and efficiency,the students^satisfaction of the curriculum,the understanding of knowledge and their achievements are higher than those of the traditional teaching group.Meanwhile,the students'communication skills,the ability to analyze and solve problems,personal accomplishment are also improved.The conclusion is that the application of flipped classroom to biochemical teaching can improve the teacher^s teaching and students'learning efficiency,which is good for cultivation of students’comprehensive ability,so it is worth promoting.
