摘要：国家政策支持下的西部县域生态环境质量动态监测具有现实意义.应用像元二分法对康乐县2006年和2015年的TM影像进行了处理,得到植被覆盖度分布图.对两个时期各等级植被覆盖度进行了统计分析,并对不同等级的植被覆盖度变化情况进行了转移矩阵统计分析.结果表明:近10年来康乐县植被覆盖度总体向好的方向演变,但存在区域不平衡现象;植被覆盖度态势呈现"强者更强、弱者更弱"的局部演变特征.
Dynamically monitoring to ecological and environmental quality under the national policy support has realistic meaning for ~ the western ecological environment. The TM images of Kangle County in 2006 and in 2015 were managed with NDVI method for dimidiate pixel model and the vegetation fraction maps were obtained. Each grade of the vegetation fraction during both periods was counted and analyzed. And the change of each grade of the vegetation fraction was also counted and analyzed with the method of transfer matrix. Generally speaking, the results show that the vegetation fraction in Klangle county in recent 10 years has been in- creased but the phenomena that unbalanced development about the vegetation fraction among different areas still exist. The vegetation fraction takes on the feature of ＂the high vegetation fraction in some areas is getting higher and the low vegetatifn fraction in other ar- eas is getting lower＂.
