摘要：本文通过整理“鼻鼽通窍喷剂”理论源流、药物配伍、临床应用及现代研究进展,为鼻鼽通窍喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎的临床合理应用奠定基础。本文通过系统查阅相关文献,从鼻鼽通窍喷剂理论形成、药物配伍、临床用药及与现代研究;通过文献系统梳理鼻鼽通窍喷剂理论形成、药物配伍;整理鼻鼽通窍喷剂临床用药及与现代研究。鼻鼽通窍喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎疗效显著,能够明显改善不适症状、调节机体免疫功能、提高生活质量,并且安全性高、复发率低;现代研究鼻鼽通窍喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎具有抗炎、调节免疫功能等药理作用。鼻鼽通窍喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎历史悠久,临床安全有效、复发率低,现代研究机制明确,有助于加深对鼻鼽通窍喷剂治疗变应性鼻炎理论科学内涵的认识。
This article aims to clarify the theoretical origin,drug compatibility,clinical application,and modern research progress of Bi Qiu Tong Qiao Spray,and to lay a literature foundation for the rational clinical application of Bi Qiu Tong Qiao Spray in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.This article systematically reviews relevant herbal works and medical records from ancient and modern times,and explores the origin and trajectory of the Bi Qiu Tong Qiao Spray theory,drug compatibility,clinical medication,and modern research.The theoretical formation and drug compatibility of Bi Qiu Tong Qiao Spray were sorted out through the textual research system of this herb.The clinical medication and modern research of"Bi Qiu Tong Qiao Spray"were organized by reviewing literature.Bi Qiu Tong Qiao Spray has a significant therapeutic effect on allergic rhinitis,which can significantly improve discomfort symptoms,regulate immune function,improve quality of life,and has high safety and low recurrence rate.Modern research has shown that Bi Qiu Tong Qiao Spray has pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory and immune regulation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.The treatment of allergic rhinitis with Bi Qiu Tong Qiao Spray has a long history,is clinically safe and effective,has a low recurrence rate,and modern research mechanisms are clear,which helps to deepen the understanding of the theoretical and scientific connotation of the treatment of allergic rhinitis with Bi Qiu Tong Qiao Spray.
