摘要：收集近30年来经临床验证治疗类风湿关节炎有良好疗效的中药复方376首建立中药复方数据库。统计中药复方数据库中2味药的配伍,得到药对5698对。采用χ2检验,对有统计学意义的高频药对的功效配伍进行分析,得到药对配伍特色:补虚药与袪风湿药、袪风湿药与解表药、补虚药与解表药、补虚药与补虚药、祛风湿药与祛风湿药、补虚药与活血化瘀药、袪风湿药与活血化瘀药的配伍及其代表药对,为临床选择用药提供了重要依据。
To study the compatibility law of herb pairs in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis （RA） with herbal prescription, we collected 376 RA-treating herbal prescription reported in medical periodical of the past three decades, which had been proved effective by clinical practice. Set up a database and analyze its law. According to analyzing herbs frequency in 376 recipes for RA, there have 5698 herb pairs. The high frequency herb pairs represent the compatibility law of drugs in the treatment of RA, and those herb pairs provide an important basis for the choice of clinical medicine.
