摘要：慢性肾衰竭是一类严重危害患者健康的综合征,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势,且越来越年轻化,防治CKD进入终末期肾脏病已成为世界各国所面临的重要公共卫生问题。靳锋老师从肺脾肾及三焦论治慢性肾衰竭,临床始终秉持“宣上畅中通下”的治疗原则,并创立了“温肾活血,补肾健脾,通下泄浊,宣肺利水”的治疗方法。靳锋老师秉持未病先防、既病防变的原则,独辟蹊径,通过中西医结合治疗,以此减轻患者症状,提高患者生活质量,取得良好的治疗效果。对靳锋老师治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床经验进行了总结。
