摘要：细胞缺氧复氧模型被广泛的用于机体缺血/再灌注损伤及缺血预适应的研究,本文综述了细胞缺氧复氧模型建立方法的最新研究进展,包括单纯物理性模型、单纯化学性模型,以及对模型的评价。
Experimental model of hypoxia-reoxygenation injury in cell has been widely used in the study of ischemia-reperfusion injury and ischemic preconditioning. This article reviewed the research development of hypoxia-reoxygenation model in recent years, including of simple physical model, simple chemical model and their evaluation.
