摘要：骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种常见的骨代谢异常疾病,严重影响患者的生活质量。JAK/STAT信号通路作为一种重要的细胞内信号传导通路,在OP的发生发展中发挥着重要作用。本文对JAK/STAT信号通路在OP中的作用及中药干预研究进行综述。回顾了OP的病理生理过程和发病机制,强调JAK/STAT信号通路在调控骨细胞增殖、分化和破坏平衡中的关键性作用。总结了前人在JAK/STAT信号通路在OP中的研究成果,包括信号通路激活与抑制的调控机制以及相关研究。目前,该方面研究的争论焦点主要集中在JAK/STAT信号通路在OP中的确切功能和具体调控机制上。当前的研究现状表明,中药干预已成为一种潜在的治疗策略,具有调控JAK/STAT信号通路、促进骨组织再生和提高骨密度的作用。综上所述,对JAK/STAT信号通路的深入研究将为OP的治疗提供新的思路和策略。
Osteoporosis(OP)is a common bone metabolism disorder that seriously affects the quality of life of the patients.The Janus kinase(JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT)signaling pathway,as an important intracellular signaling pathway,plays a crucial role in the occurrence and development of OP.This paper reviewed the research progress in the role of the JAK/STAT signaling path-way in OP and the traditional Chinese medicine intervention.Firstly,the pathophysiological process and pathogenesis of OP were reviewed,with emphasis on the role of the JAK/STAT signaling pathway in regulating the proliferation,differentiation,and disturbed balance of bone cells.Secondly,the research results on the JAK/STAT signaling pathway in OP were summarized,including the regulatory mechanisms of pathway activation and inhibition.At present,the research in this area mainly focuses on the exact function and specific regulatory mechanism of the JAK/STAT signaling pathway in OP.The current research status indicates that traditional Chinese medicine intervention has become a potential therapeutic strategy,with the effects of regulating the JAK/STAT signaling pathway,promoting bone tissue regeneration,and increas-ing bone density.Finally,this paper prospected the potential application of the JAK/STAT signaling pathway in OP treatment,emphasizing the importance and further development direction of traditional Chinese medicine intervention.In summary,in-depth research on the JAK/STAT signaling pathway will provide new ideas and strategies for the treatment of OP.
