摘要：目的观察肉苁蓉水煎剂对运动小鼠抗疲劳能力的影响。方法通过比较实验动物在全自动疲劳转棒仪上停留时间、总ATP酶活性及相关生化指标的变化,评价肉苁蓉水煎剂对运动小鼠抗疲劳能力的影响。结果肉苁蓉水煎剂能增加小鼠体质量,延长小鼠运动时间,提高血红蛋白含量,降低运动后血乳酸含量,增强总ATP酶活性。结论肉苁蓉水煎剂能提高运动耐力和加速消除疲劳。
Objective To observe the antifatigue effect of Herba Cistanchis Decoction on athletic mice. Methods The antifatigue effect of Herba Cistanchis Decoction on athletic mice was evaluated by comparing the dwell time on full automation fatigue rotate stick instrument, activity of general ATP enzyme and changes of related biochemical index. Results Herba Cistanchis Decoction could increase the body weight of mice,prolong the movement time, elevate the content of hemoglobin, reduce the content of lactic acid and enhance the activity of general ATP enzyme in blood. Conclusion Herba Cistanchis Decoction could improve the tolerance ability and accelerate the fatigue elimination.
