摘要：膝关节置换术是目前治疗各种终末期骨关节炎最佳选择,尽管膝关节置换手术技术已经非常成熟,但是术后患者多有不同程度的疼痛,疼痛严重影响着患者术后康复、生活质量和满意度。早期关于术后疼痛重点关注于术后疼痛原因分析和疼痛处理策略;其中多模式镇痛被认为是术后缓解疼痛最佳方案,然而,这些方法的效果并不总是理想,特别是在一些高风险患者中。从快速康复理念、祖国医学、睡眠质量管理对膝关节置换术后疼痛的影响进行综述,以探究关节置换术后控制疼痛的最佳选择方案并展望未来的研究方向。
Knee arthroplasty is currently the best option for treating various end-stage osteoarthritis.Despite the maturity of surgical techniques,postoperative pain remains different levels of pain,severely affecting rehabilitation,quality of life and satisfaction of patients.Early research on postoperative pain focused on analyzing its causes and pain management strategies,with multimodal analgesia being considered the best approach.However,the results are not always ideal,particularly in high-risk patients.This review explores the impact of rapid recovery,traditional Chinese medicine and sleep quality management on postoperative pain after knee arthroplasty to identify the optimal pain control strategy and future research directions.
