摘要：中药有效期一直存在较大争议。古人认为除本草记载的少数陈旧药材品种外,其余中药材、中药饮片均宜使用精新之品;目前部分中药材和中药饮片有效期仍不明确,不利于中药的流通使用。通过考证古人对中药有效期的认知,并以此为参考,对前人提出的中药材和中药饮片质量改变现象进行归纳、整理、分析和总结,以期为今后中药材及饮片有效期的研究提供参考。
The validity period of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has always been a big controversy. The ancients believed that except for a few obsolete varieties recorded in TCM,other TCM materials and TCM decoction pieces should be fresh and new products. Nowadaysthe validity period of some Chinese medicinal materials and taditional Chinese medicine decoction piecesis still unclear,which is not conducive to the circulation and use of TCM.Based on the research of the ancients’ cognition of the expiry date of Traditional Chinese medicine,and taking this as a reference,this paper summarizes,sorts out,analyzes and summarizes the change of the quality of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces put forward by the predecessors,in order to provide ideas for the future research on the expiry date of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
