摘要：目的:观察祖师麻凝胶膏剂对皮肤的刺激性和过敏性反应。方法:皮肤刺激反应实验选用新西兰白家兔,分完整皮肤组和破损皮肤组,两组均分别在同一家兔的左右脊柱两侧分别贴敷基质和祖师麻凝胶膏剂,连续给药7d,对家兔皮肤评分并观察恢复情况。皮肤过敏反应实验采用豚鼠主动皮肤过敏性实验,分为2,4-二硝基氯苯组、受试药物祖师麻凝胶膏剂组、基质对照组,于第0、7、14天右侧脱毛皮肤给药致敏,第28天左侧脱毛皮肤给药激发,观察是否引起皮肤过敏或全身性过敏反应。结果:祖师麻凝胶膏剂对家兔完整皮肤无红斑、水肿反应,无刺激性;对破损皮肤有轻度刺激性。豚鼠皮肤过敏性实验未出现皮肤明显红斑、水肿等过敏反应。结论:祖师麻凝胶膏剂有较好的安全性。
Objective To observe the skinirritation and allergic reactions of Zushima Gel Cream. Methods The skin irritation test was performed in New Zealand white rabbits, all animals weredivided into intact skin group and damaged skin group, and distilled water or Zushima Gel Cream were applied to the two groups on the two sides of shaved rabbits＇ back skin respectively for 7days. Skin irritation aetionswere observed and scored. Skin allergic reactions were performed on guinea pigs with active skin hypersensitivity test , guinea pigs were divided into 2, 4 - dinitrochlorobenzene group, tested drug Zushima Gel Cream group, matrix group. Skin sensitization was performed on the fight side of the skin at 0, 7, 14th day, on the 28th day, the left side of the hair removal skin to stimulate. Observe whether it causes skin allergies or systemic allergies. Results Zushima Gel Creamdid not induce any dermal irritation to complete skin of New Zealand white rabbits, without skin full of erythema, edema, no irritation; Have a slight irritation to damaged skin. Guinea pig skin allergic test did not appear obvious skin erythema, edema and other allergic reactions. Conclusion External use of Zushima Gel Cream on the animal skin is safe.
