摘要：敦煌针灸医学文献中刺血疗法相关资料对研究早期汉医、藏医刺血疗法的形成与发展具有重要的学术和史料价值。总结发现,敦煌针灸医学文献中汉医放血工具以针具为主,藏医以刀具为主,并以病变部位所属经脉的经穴、四肢指端穴、大穴(委中)、阿是穴等为主要刺血点,文献中多用于治疗以疼痛为主要表现的疾病。关于敦煌刺血疗法的现代应用报道较少,在文献研究基础上,开展敦煌刺血原方多中心、大样本的随机对照研究是今后的趋势。
The related materials of blood pricking therapy in Dunhuang acupuncture and moxibustion medical literature have important academic and historical value for studying the formation and development of early Chinese and Tibetan medicine pricking blood therapy.This paper summarizes that in the Dunhuang Acupuncture and Moxibustion Medical Literature,the blood-letting tools of Chinese medicine were mainly needles,while those of Tibetan medicine were mainly knives.The main blood-letting points were meridian points,fingertip points of limbs,acupoints(middle of the committee)and Ashi points of the meridians where the lesion was located.The literature was mostly used to treat diseases with pain as the main manifestation.There are few reports on the modern application of Dunhuang pricking blood therapy.Based on the literature research,it is a trend to carry out multi center and large sample randomized controlled study of Dunhuang blood pricking therapy.
