摘要：目的:探讨月经不调和痛经患者舌象特点及相关证候规律,为临床诊治月经不调和痛经,进一步深入研究及合理用药提供理论指导。方法:选择符合诊断标准的月经不调和痛经患者350例,中医妇科门诊进行舌象收集及病例整理。从舌色、舌形综合观察舌质,从苔色、苔质观察舌苔,并观察舌下络脉,结合脉象及其他症状进行辨证论治,统计分析舌象特点和规律。结果:350例病例中,不同舌色出现频次由高到低依次为:淡白舌>淡红舌>红舌>青紫舌>绛舌,舌形则有胖大瘦薄齿痕裂纹等不同,舌苔有白色黄色不同苔色,苔质则有厚薄润燥或剥落之分。结论:月经不调和痛经的舌象特点以淡白舌有齿痕或有裂纹少苔无苔者多见,提示月经不调和痛经疾患病机本质以气血不足、肝肾精血不充、阳气不足等为主,可以为月经不调与痛经的诊断和辨证分型提供客观依据。
Objective： To explore the tongue manifestation characteristics and related syndrome pattern of menstrual disorders and dysmenorrhea, so as to provide theoretical guidance for clinical diagnosis, treatment, further research and rational drug use. Methods： Selected 350 cases conforms to the diagnostic standard of menstrual disorder and dysmenorrhea, the doctor in the outpatient service gynaecologic department of TCM finished the cases and collected the tongue manifestation. The doctor observed tongue quality from tongue color and tongue shape, observed tongue coating from coating color and coating quality, observed sublingual vessel, treating based on syndrome differentiation combined with pulse condition and other symptoms and analysis the characteristics and regular of tongue manifestation. Results： The frequencies of different tongue color from high to low in 350 cases are： pale tongue 〉 pink tongue 〉 red tongue 〉 blue and purplish tongue 〉 deep red tongue. It shows different in tongue shape such as plump, thin, teeth-printed and fissured, coating color such as white and yellow and tongue quality such as thick, thin, moist, dry and spalling. Conclusion： The majority of the tongue manifestation characteristics of menstrual disorder and dysmenorrhea is pale tongue with teeth-printed or fissured tongue with less fur even no fur, which prompt the basic pathogenesis of the disease are qi and blood deficiency, essence and blood deficiency of liver and kidney and Yang qi deficiency. All above that can provide an objective basis to diagnosis and syndrome type differentiation.
