摘要：肾纤维化是慢性肾脏病进展至终末期肾病的共同病理变化,近年来的研究表明,铁死亡通过影响细胞内铁离子水平及脂质过氧化程度参与肾纤维化的相关进程。该综述整合了近年国内外关于铁死亡领域的相关动态及核心作用原理,回顾了西医学在铁死亡相关疾病上的最新进展、针对肾纤维化的治疗策略,同时阐述了中医药理论体系对铁死亡诱发肾纤维化的认识,并介绍了中药活性成分、复方制剂通过调节铁死亡途径来对抗肾纤维化的研究成果,旨在为中西医防治肾纤维化提供新的治疗靶点和思路。
Renal fibrosis is a common pathological change from chronic kidney disease to end-stage renal disease.Recent studies have shown that ferroptosis,through affecting intracellular iron levels and lipid peroxidation,plays a role in the process of renal fibrosis.This review integrates recent domestic and international dynamics and core mechanisms related to ferroptosis,reviews the latest progress in Western medicine on ferroptosis-related diseases,and discusses treatment strategies for renal fibrosis.It also elucidates the understanding of ferroptosis-induced renal fibrosis from the perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)theories.Additionally,it introduces research findings on how active components and compound preparations of Chinese medicine counteract renal fibrosis by regulating ferroptosis pathways.The aim is to provide new therapeutic targets and approaches for the prevention and treatment of renal fibrosis using both TCM and Western medicine.
