摘要:目的了解甘肃省体育专业大学生膳食营养状况,为体育专业大学生营养教育提供依据。方法采取分层抽样方法,对甘肃省5所高校450名体育专业大学生的营养知识、态度和行为进行问卷调查,并采取称重法、24 h膳食记录法对体育专业大学生摄入食物进行计算,使用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果甘肃省体育专业大学生营养知识得分偏低,为(22.70±3.80)分;营养态度得分较高,为(27.12±0.52)分;营养行为得分一般,为(23.13±0.59)分,营养知识和营养行为得分女生高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而营养态度得分男女生之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。此外,甘肃省体育专业大学生每日摄入的水果、蔬菜、畜禽和水产类偏少,豆及制品、奶和蛋不足,除男生每日摄入的铁(Fe)可以满足机体需求外,不论男女生其余矿物质和维生素均每日摄入量不足。结论应针对体育专业大学生的不同特点进行营养教育,提高他们的营养知识水平,形成科学的膳食认识和结构。
OBJECTIVE To understand the nutritional status of college students in gansu province, and provide the basis for the nutrition of education. METHODS Using stratified sampling method, 450 universities in Gansu province professional sports college students' nu- trition knowledge, attitude and behavior questionnaire investigation, and using weighing method, 24 h dietary recording to profes- sional sports college students' intake of food to calculate, using SPSS Software for statistical analysis. RESULTS the low level of nu- trition knowledge of college students in gansu province was lower (22.70+3.80); The nutrition attitudes were higher (27.12+0.52); General nutrition behavior points for (23.13+0.59) points, nutritional knowledge and behavior scoring among girls were higher than boys, difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01), and nutritional attitude score had no statistically significant difference be- tween male and female students (P〉0.05). In addition, the professional students of sports in gansu province daily intake of fruits, vegetables, livestock and poultry and aquatic products, beans and products, milk and eggs, except for the boy to the daily intake of iron (Fe) can meet the demand of the body, the rest of the minerals and vitamins regardless of men and women embrace daily in- take is insufficient. CONCLUSION According to different characteristics of professional students, sports nutrition education should be conducted to improve the level of their nutritional knowledge, scientific dietary perspective and structure.
