摘要:目的:探究医学生思想政治教育理论课实效性的影响因素.方法:采用调查问卷对某医学院校970名医学生进行问卷调查,应用相关分析、多元回归等分析方法对数据进行分析.结果:数据分析显示,医学生思政理论课的课堂表现总体不佳(均分为:2.19±0.49),对思政理论课的课程评价持肯定态度(3.66±0.68),对当前思政理论课的教学水平评价一般(3.38±0.53),医学生认为当前思政理论课整体教学效果一般(3.29±0.69);思政理论课教学效果由医学生对思政理论课的课程评价、教师教学水平以及医学生课堂表现决定,其中教师的教学水平对思政理论课的教学效果影响最为显著.结论:在提升思政理论课教学实效性的实践中,应树立多角度、宽领域、全方位的影响因素思维观,系统协调地推进思政理论课教学工作.
Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of education in medical students' ideological and political theory courses. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted on 970 medical students in a medical college using questionnaires. The data were analyzed by correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis methods. Results: The data analysis showed that the classroom performance of medical students' ideological and political courses was generally poor (divided into: 2.19±0.49), and they had a positive attitude towards the evaluation of the ideological and political courses (3.66±0.68). The level of evaluation is generally (3.38±0.53), medical students believe that the overall teaching effect of the current ideological and political courses is generally (3.29±0.69);the effect of ideological and political courses is evaluated by medical students on the curriculum of ideological and political courses, the teaching level of teachers and the performance of medical students. It is decided that the teaching level of teachers has the most significant influence on the teaching effect of ideological and political courses. Conclusion: In the practice of improving the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching, we should establish a multi-angle, wide-area and all-round thinking concept of influencing factors, and systematically promote the teaching of ideological and political courses.
