摘要：小儿遗尿是一种儿科临床上常见的疾病,目前西医治疗小儿遗尿治愈率低,复发率高,而中医治疗小儿遗尿有独特的优势.史正刚教授以脏腑辨证为基点,认为小儿遗尿多属正虚邪实,从小儿先天脾肾不足角度出发,妙用补中益气汤联合缩泉丸加减治疗,以补肾运脾,固摄止遗,在重视药物治疗的同时注重预防调护,在临床中取得了良好的疗效,值得推广.附医案一则,以资验证.
Infantile enuresis is a common clinical disease in pediatrics.At present,western medicine has a low cure rate and a high recurrence rate in treating infantile enuresis,while traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating infantile enuresis.Professor Shi Zhenggang,based on the differentiation of zang-fu organs,believes that enuresis in children is mostly due to deficiency of the positive and excess of the evil.From the perspective of congenital deficiency of spleen and kidney in children,he uses Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with modified Xiaoquan Pill to tonify the kidney,transport the spleen,fix the symptoms and stop the sequelae.While paying attention to drug treatment,he also pays attention to prevention and nursing.He has achieved good clinical effects and is worth promoting.A medical record is attached for verification.
