摘要：原发性痛经是困扰女性的常见妇科疾患,尤见于青春期女性,常对其工作、学习造成严重影响,且发病率逐年增加。中医非药物疗法治疗本病疗效确切,且具有操作简便、不良反应小等优势,可弥补主流药物治疗的毒副作用、依赖性与耐药性、远期疗效受限等不足。通过归纳近5年中医非药物疗法该病的疗效,指出研究所存在的不足,以期为今后原发性痛经的临床治疗及研究提供参考。
Primary dysmenorrhea is a common gynecological disease that troubles women,especially in adolescent women.It often has a serious impact on their work and study,and its incidence is increasing year by year.Non-pharmacological therapy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is effective in the treatment of this disease,and has advantages such as simple operation and small adverse reactions,which can make up for the shortcomings of mainstream drug therapy such as toxicity and side effects,dependence and drug resistance,and limited long-term efficacy.By summarizing the therapeutic effects of non-pharmacological therapy of TCM in the treatment of this disease in the past five years,the shortcomings of the research were pointed out,in order to provide reference for the future clinical treatment and research of primary dysmenorrhea.
