摘要：红花籽油被广泛用作优质食用油,且已产业化发展。研究显示,红花籽油不仅含有多种对人体有益的成分,如亚油酸、亚麻酸、维生素E、油酸、磷脂等,而且具有抗炎、降血脂、减肥、抗衰老等多种药理活性。针对目前红花籽油应用前景广阔、基础研究较少、产品优势缺乏等现状,本文对红花籽油主要成分、药理作用、应用范围等内容作一综述,为进一步开发和利用红花籽油提供参考。
The safflower seed oil is widely used as high-quality edible oil and has industrially developed. Studies have shown that safflower seed oil is not only beneficial to human body but also contains a variety of ingredients,such as linoleic acid,linolenic acid,vitamin E,oleic acid,lecithin,and has anti-inflammatory,hypolipidemic,weight loss,anti-aging variety of pharmacological activities. The present paper reviewed major constituents,pharmacological effects,applications of safflower oil aiming at the current application prospects and providing references for further utilization of safflower seed resource.
