摘要：血栓性疾病是由形成于活体的心血管系统中的凝块或栓子引起的栓塞性疾病。当归及其复方治疗血栓性疾病的药理作用显著,现综述其作用机制,为当归及其复方的进一步发掘和利用提供参考。
Thrombotic diseases are thromboembolic diseases caused by clots or emboli formed in the cardiovascular system of living organisms.Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels and its compound formulas play a significant pharmacological role in the treatment of thrombotic diseases.This article reviews the mechanisms of action of A.sinensis and its compound formulas in treating thrombotic diseases,providing a reference for further exploration and utilization of A.sinensis and its compound formulas.
