摘要：张士卿教授通过多年临床实践,提出"经方头、时方尾",意指在解决患者主证时,选取经方为主,能够药证相合,解决病情的关键;对于兼证和症状,随症选用时方进行加减,适应性更强。这样一来,既有经方的严谨以治本,又有时方的轻灵以治标,融经方、时方于一炉,惟效是尚,足资临床参考。
Based on rich clinical experience,professor ZHANG Shiqing summarized his distinct idea: 'classical prescription first,current prescription second'. In his opinion,the classical prescription should be used as the key to treat the main symptoms with drug-syndrome correspondence. For the accompanying symptoms,the current prescription should be applied with flexibility. Such therapy can not only precisely alleviate the symptoms,but flexibly effect a permanent cure as well. The healing efficacy is the sole criterion in combining classical prescription and current prescription. ZHANG's idea has a positive clinic reference value.
