摘要：目的了解名老中医对狼疮性肾炎的治疗现状,吸取经验,提高临床治疗效果。方法检索了2002～2012年公开发表的名中医治疗狼疮性肾炎的经验、体会等文献,最终纳入分析的文献29篇,涉及26位中医及中西医结合专家,对文中涉及的邪实因素、中医辨证治疗中各证型及用方在文献中出现的次数进行统计分析。结果①专家认为狼疮性肾炎病变过程中涉及邪实因素以热毒、瘀血、湿热出现频率最高,三者分别占34.92%、30.16%及14.29%。②辨证分型中以热毒炽盛、气阴两虚、肝肾阴虚、脾肾阳虚、阴虚内热占有主导地位。③方剂使用频率排在前八位的分别为知柏地黄汤、犀角地黄汤、六味地黄丸、二至丸、清瘟败毒饮、真武汤、金匮肾气丸、参芪地黄汤。
Objective Understand the status of the old Chinese medicine for the treatment of lupus nephritis,learn from experience and improve clinical outcomes.Methods Retrieval of experience between2002～2012 were published Chinese medicine treatment of lupus nephritis, totally 29 articles were enrolled,involving26 experts in Chinese medicine and integrative medicine.Related TCM syndromes,Pathogenic factors,prescriptions and the number of occurrences of in the literature were analyzed.Results ① High rate of references were made in the experts＇ opinion to the following Pathogenic factors involved lupus nephritis：heat-toxicity,blood stasis,humid heat,which makes up34.92%, 30.16%and 14.29%respectively.② The dominant TCM syndromes of lupus nephritis were hot toxic flaming card,deficiency of both qi and yin,yin deficiency of liver and kidney,yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,yin deficiency heat card.③The prescriptions used most frequently are Zhibai Dihuang decoction,Xijiao Dihuang decoction,Liuwei Dihuang pill,Erzhi pill,Qingwen Baidu yin,Zhenwu decoction,jinkui shenqi pill,Shenqi Dihuang decoction.
