摘要:目的:使用车前子粗多糖胶囊后观测老年高血压患者肠道菌群及动脉血压的变化,期望发现一种新的治疗高血压病途径。方法:60例患者随机分入观察组或对照组,各30例。两组患者均给予常规西药降压治疗,观察组在常规西药降压治疗的基础上加用1.6g车前子粗多糖胶囊(0.4g/粒),每天服用2次,两组均给予14d治疗。在入院、出院时分别收集治疗前后每位患者的粪便于无酶冻存管中。应用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(PCR)技术,检测粪便标本中所含目标菌DNA的含量;比较两组患者治疗前后血压值下降幅度及目标菌数量的变化,并对车前子粗多糖胶囊进行安全性评价。结果:①观察组:经过14d治疗后多形拟杆菌、双歧杆菌DNA含量较治疗前增加,差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05);直肠真杆菌DNA含量相比治疗前稍有下降,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组:多形拟杆菌、双歧杆菌DNA含量相比治疗前有增略高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);直肠真杆菌DNA含量较治疗有略微下降,差异不太明显(P>0.05)。②两组患者经过14d治疗,收缩压(Systolic Blood Pressute)与舒张压(Diastolic Blood Pressure)均较刚入院时有明显差异(P<0.05),且所有参加本课题的患者血压均控制良好;经过14d治疗后对两组的血压下降情况做一较,观察组降血压效果更好一点,(P<0.05),结论:老年高血压患者的肠道微生态环境在车前子粗多糖胶囊的干预下得到了明显的改善。车前子粗多糖发挥了降血压作用,其机制极有可能是通过影响肠道特定菌群发挥的。
Objective:To observe efficacy of regulation of intestinal flora with the Cheqianzi Cuduotang capsules (车前子粗多糖胶囊) on blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension,and hope to find a new therapeutic approach.Methods:60 patients were randomly assigned to the observation or control group, a group of 30 patients. Both groups were given conventional antihypertensive treatment. The observation group took the Cheqianzi Cuduotang capsules more. Results: The DNA content of Bacteroides and Bifidobacterium were increased in the observation group (P<0.05). The DNA content of C. jejuni was decreased slightly than before treatment in the observation group (P>0.05). The DNA content of Bacteroides and Bifidobacterium were increased slightly in the control group than before treatment (P>0.05). The DNA content of C. jejuni was decreased slightly in the control group than before treatment (P>0.05). There were difference in SBP and DBP between before and after treatment (P<0.05), and the blood pressure was well controlled in two groups. SBP and DBP in the observation group were better (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Cheqianzi Cuduotang capsules can improve and regulate the intestinal microflora in elderly hypertensive patients, may play a synergistic role in lowering blood pressure by regulating the micro-ecological environment of the intestinal flora.
