摘要:本文通过对党参主要化学成分的含量、性质、药理作用和检测方法进行综述,阐明了评价超声波清洗党参的净洗效果时需要分析检测项目和方法手段。党参炔苷、苍术内酯III的测定采用高效液相色谱法党参多糖紫外可见光谱法测定,快速消解分光光度法测定清洗水中总有机物含量(以COD量计)。为超声波清洗党参的净洗效果的分析提供一定参考。
This paper reviewed the content, property, pharmacological functions and detection methods of codonopsis pilo- sula chemical composition, illuminated the detect items and methods of codonopsis pilosula washing effect by ultrasonic clean- ing. The determine method of lobetyolin and atraetylenolide II1 was high performance liquid chromatography, the determine method of codonopsis pilosula polysaccharides was UV--Vis spectroscopy, and the organic content (COD content) was deter- mined by rapid digested spectrophotometry method. This paper provided reference for codonopsis pilosula washing effect by ultrasonic cleaning.
