摘要：近视已成为全球性的公共卫生问题。我国儿童青少年近视呈现发病年龄早、进展速度快、高度近视比例逐年增加的趋势。因此,及早干预是近视防控工作的关键。假性近视是近视的前期发展阶段,及时干预具有可逆性。揿针作为皮内针的一种,以其浅刺、疼痛小、刺激时间长等特点,在干预儿童青少年假性近视方面取得了一定的临床疗效。从揿针干预儿童青少年假性近视的理论依据、作用机制、操作、选穴及临床有效性方面展开阐述,发现揿针在干预儿童青少年假性近视方面疗效良好,可与耳穴压丸、推拿、艾灸等中医外治法联合应用,为儿童青少年假性近视的治疗提供新方法和思路,值得临床推广应用和进一步研究。
Myopia has become a global public health issue.In China,the prevalence of myopia among children and adolescents shows a trend of early onset,rapid progression,and an increasing proportion of high myopia.Therefore,early intervention is key to the prevention and control of myopia.Pseudo-myopia is an early stage of myopia,and timely intervention can lead to reversibility.Press needling,a type of intradermal acupuncture,has shown certain clinical effectiveness in intervening pseudo-myopia in children and adolescents,with characteristics such as shallow insertion,minimal pain,and prolonged stimulation.We discuss the theoretical basis,mechanism of action,procedure,acupoint selection,and clinical effectiveness of press needling in treating pseudo-myopia in children and adolescents in this paper.We conclude that press needling is effective in treating pseudo-myopia in children and adolescents and can be combined with other external treatments in traditional Chinese medicine such as auricular point press balls,Tuina massage,and moxibustion.This provides new methods and ideas for treating pseudo-myopia in children and adolescents,which are worth clinical promotion and further research.
