摘要：复发性流产病因复杂,半数以上患者病因不明。通过总结导师武权生教授多年临床经验和自己的临床实践,结合现今本病发病原因、发病人群心理特点、生活方式的改变以及社会环境变化,认为不明原因复发性流产与气血失和有很大关系,在治疗该病时始终贯穿气血理论。未孕前调气和血调经,孕后益气养血安胎,同时注重夫妻双方形神共调,临床治疗本病取得了良好的临床疗效。
The etiology of recurrent abortion is complex,and the etiology of more than half of the patients is unknown.It is considered that there is a close relationship between unexplained recurrent abortion and the disharmony of qi and blood,by summing up professor WU Quansheng's many years of clinical experience,combined with the causes of the disease,the psychological characteristics of the affected population,the changes of life style and the changes of social environment.Therefore theory of qi and blood always runs through the whole course of the treatment,such as regulating qi,blood and meridian before pregnancy,invigorating qi and nourishing blood to prevent miscarriage during pregnancy,and paying attention to the physical and mental state of both husband and wife.Good clinical effect has been obtained in clinical treatment of the disease by this kind of theory.
