摘要：阿尔兹海默病是一种老年性神经退行性疾病,多以学习记忆障碍和认知功能缺失为主要病症,在传统中医中没有特定的病名,而根据它的特点认为其属于“痴呆”“呆病”等范畴,传统治疗多从肾虚、肝郁、脾弱等脏腑不调或从痰阻、血瘀等邪气阻络论治。现从“血虚不养心神”“血瘀阻窍,神机失用”病机着手以黑逍遥散为代表,从“养血安神、行血宁神”的方向对论治阿尔兹海默病进行探析,为挖掘中医经典理论,探求新的治疗方式提供思路。
Alzheimer’s disease is a kind of senile neurodegenerative disease,which belongs to the category of“dementia”and“dementia”in traditional Chinese medicine.It is mainly treated from the disharmony of viscera such as kidney deficiency,liver depression and spleen weakness,or from phlegm obstruction,blood stasis and other evil Qi blocking collaterals.Starting from the pathogenesis of“blood deficiency does not nourish the mind”and“blood stasis hinders the orifices”,this paper analyzes the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease from the perspective of“nourishing blood to calm the mind,promoting blood to tranquilize the mind”,so as to provide ideas for excavating the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine and exploring new treatment methods.
