摘要:为筛选适应马铃薯主粮化优质品种,以当地主栽品种新大坪、陇薯6号为对照,对10个引进品种的营养品质、矿物质含量、还原糖含量、多酚氧化酶活性等品质进行了综合分析。结果表明,青薯9号、冀张薯8号、陇薯10号等3个品种产量高,抗性强,营养品质好,矿物质含量丰富,还原糖含量低,多酚氧化酶活性低,是良好的马铃薯全粉加工原料,符合马铃薯主粮化品种要求,具有良好的主粮化开发前景,可在干旱半干旱地区大面积示范种植。
To screen and adapt high-quality varieties of staple potato,using the local cultivating Xindaping and Longshu No.6 as contrasts,we compared the nutritional quality,mineral content,reducing sugar content and polyphenol oxidase activity of 10 introduced species.The findings showed that the three varieties of Qingshu No.9,Jizhangshu No.8 and Longshu No.10 had good yield,strong resistance,good nutritional quality,rich in minerals,low reduction sugar content and low polyphenol oxidase activity,which were good raw materials for processing whole potato powder,and qualified for the variety demand of the staple potato.Thus they had good development prospect for staple potato and could be planted widely in the arid and semi-arid area in a demonstration way.
