摘要：冷冻消融治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)利用超低温破坏肿瘤细胞结构和功能诱导肿瘤细胞死亡,同时释放抗原激活机体免疫系统,促进机体抗肿瘤免疫应答。免疫治疗通过调节肿瘤微环境中的免疫细胞,增强T细胞对肿瘤细胞的识别杀伤作用。中医药(TCM)治疗能有效改善NSCLC患者的免疫功能。冷冻消融激活免疫系统和TCM调节机体免疫功能与免疫治疗具有协同性。因此,将对冷冻消融、免疫治疗及TCM治疗通过两两联合的治疗方式治疗NSCLC做出综述。
Cryoablation for non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)uses ultra-low temperature to destroy the structure and function of tumor cells and induce tumor cell death,while releasing antigens to activate the body's immune system and promote the body's anti-tumor immune response.Immunotherapy enhances the recognition and killing effect of T cells on tumor cells by modulating immune cells in tumor microenvironment.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment could effectively improve the immune function of patients with NSCLC.The activation of immune system by cryoablation and the regulation of immune function by TCM are synergistic with immunotherapy.Therefore,the pairwise combination of cryoablation,immunotherapy and TCM in the treatment of NSCLC are reviewed.
