摘要：目的:运用中医传承辅助复杂网络软件,探讨敦煌遗书及古医籍中犀角散用药配伍规律体系及方剂相关性研究。方法:检索整理敦煌遗书及清代以前古医籍中出现的同名犀角散方剂,采用关联规则及复杂系统熵聚类分析等复杂网络方法,确定其方剂中药物配伍规律体系及方剂相关性。结果:将筛选出的226首方剂涉及中药205味进行分析,确定方剂中药物使用频次、关联规则及核心组合,最终重组6首新处方。结论:(1)敦煌遗书及古代医籍中同名犀角散组方主要核心药为犀角、甘草、麦冬、黄芩、升麻、大黄、人参、赤芍药等。(2)《敦煌古医方》犀角散由核心药犀角、黄芩加黄柏、地榆、蜀椒5味药组成。(3)《敦煌古医方》犀角散除蜀椒外的犀角、黄芩、黄柏、地榆4味药均为《圣惠》犀角散,也即《圣济总录》地榆汤的药物组成。
Objective ： To reaearch the compatibility law system and prescription correlation of Rhinoceros Horn powder in Dunhuang manuscripts and ancient medical books Using the inheritance of Traditional Chinese Medicine auxiliary complex network softwar. Meth-ods ：Retrieval before finishing Dunhuang manuscripts and the Qing dynasty in the ancient medical books of rhino horn powder with the same formula, using association rule and complex system entropy of complex networks, such as cluster analysis method, to determine the correlation law system and a prescription drugs in the prescription. Results ： Analysis 205 Chinese Medicine in 226 prescriptions and determine the prescription drug use frequency, association rules, and combination of core, eventually restructuring 6 new prescription. Conclusion ： （ 1） The main core medicine of the same formula of Rhinoceros Horn powder in Dunhuang manuscripts and ancient medical books are rhino horn, licorice, radix ophiopogonis, radix Scutellariae, rhizoma cimicifugae, rhubarb, ginseng, radix paeoniae rubra, etc. （2） 拙 ino Horn powder in Dunhu肪g 肌cient prescriptions was consisted by the core medicine hom, Scutellaria 肪d cortex dendri, garden bumet, sichuan pepper. （3） the Dunhuang ancient prescriptions except shu bell pepper in rhino horn powder horn, ra-dix Scutellariae, cortex phellodendri, sanguisorba are the consist of Shenghu i Rhino Horn powder,also the consist of Diyu decoction in Shengji Zonglu.
