摘要：目的应用胃安胶囊治疗功能性消化不良患者,观察治疗前后胃肠激素(胃动素、胃泌素和生长抑素)水平的变化。方法采用放射免疫法对60例功能性消化不良患者治疗前后胃动素、胃泌素、生长抑素进行检测。结果胃安胶囊治疗功能性消化不良饮食积滞证的总体疗效好,能有效改善患者临床症状,在消除胃脘、脘腹胀满疼痛、恶心呕吐、嗳气泛酸、胸闷、饮食减少方面明显优于西药多潘立酮片。结论胃安胶囊能提高患者胃动素、胃泌素含量,降低生长抑素含量,在增强患者胃动力,促进胃排空方面,优于多潘立酮;并具有良好的安全性。
OBJECTIVE Application of Wei An capsule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia patients were observed before and after treatment（gastric dynamic element, element, the changes of somatostatin）. METHODS By ria method before and after treatment in patients with 60 cases of functional dyspepsia gastric dynamic element, the laboratory testing, somatostatin. RESULTS Before treatment, two groups of patients with gastric dynamic element, the laboratory and somatostatin content compared with normal group, had significant difference, in which the stomach dynamic element, gastric secrete element content was lower than normal group, somatostatin content is higher than that of normal group. After treatment, the treatment group dynamic element, stomach gastric secrete element and somatostatin content compared with before treatment, there were significant differences, in which the stomach dynamic element, gastric secrete element content was increased, somatostatin content declined. Stomach capsule in the treatment of functional dyspepsia diet Ann stagnant the overall curative effect good, could effectively improve the clinical symptoms, and in eliminating the diagnosis or often abdominal distension full of pain, nausea, belching, pantothenic acid, bosom frowsty, diet reduce were significantly superior to western medicine control group （Domperidone Tablets）. CONCLUSIONS Weian capsule can improve patients with gastric dynamic element, stomach gastric secrete element content, reduce the content of somatostatin. In patients with enhanced gastric dynamics, promoting gastric emptying, Weian capsule was better than domperidone tablet; two groups of treatment scheme had good security.
