摘要:目的:比较柴胡不同炮制品对小鼠的抗抑郁作用。方法:选取健康昆明种雄性小鼠,随机分为10组,即空白对照组、阳性对照组及柴胡不同炮制品低剂量组、高剂量组,通过自主活动、悬尾实验和强迫游泳实验,并检测脑内5-HT及NE的含量,比较柴胡不同炮制品对"行为绝望抑郁模型"小鼠的影响。结果:实验各给药组对小鼠的自主活动无显著影响。与空白对照组相比,实验各给药组均能减少两种"行为绝望"模型小鼠的不动时间,并增加脑内5-HT含量,具有显著性差异。低剂量酒柴胡组与鳖血柴胡组效果较显著;高剂量醋柴胡组效果较明显。结论:柴胡不同炮制品均能明显改善"行为绝望抑郁模型"小鼠的绝望行为,并增加脑内5-HT含量,显示出抗抑郁作用,且与剂量水平呈相关性。
Objective:To compare with the antidepression effect of different processed products of Radix Bupleuri. Methods:Healthy Kunming male mice were randomly divided into blank control group, positive control group, low-dose group and high-dose group of different processed products of Radix Bupleuri. The anti-depression effects were observed by using the spontaneous activities test, tail suspension test and forced swimming test in mice, and 5-HT and NE in brain was detected. Results: Each treatment had no significant influence on the spontaneous activities of mice. Compared to the blank control group, each treatmentcould reduce the immobility time of mice in two kinds of behavioral despair model and increase the 5-HT content in brain, and the statistical significance was obvious. Wine-treated Radix Bupleuri and soft-shelled turtle blood-treated Radix Bupleuri at low dose, and vinegar-treated Radix Bupleuri at high doses could all present remarkable anti-depression effect. Conclusion: The different processed products of Radix Bupleuri could all showed obvious anti-depression effect on behavioral despair animal models in mice and increase the 5-HT content in brain with dose-effect relationship.
