摘要：骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种与衰老相关的全身代谢性骨病。中医学认为,“肾虚髓空,髓减骨枯”是骨质疏松症发病的关键病因病机,补肾方药被广泛应用于OP的防治且安全有效。近年来随着分子生物学技术在中医药研究中的广泛应用,发现丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)通路与OP的发病密切相关,许多补肾方药可通过干预该通路中相关信号分子的表达,进而调节骨代谢,发挥防治OP的作用。该文基于MAPK信号通路在骨代谢中的调节机制,就补肾单味中药及复方调控MAPK信号通路防治OP相关研究展开综述,以期为中医药防治OP的研究提供参考。
Osteoporosis(OP)is an age-related and systemic metabolic bone disease. Chinese medicine believes that "kidney deficiency and marrow empty,reduced marrow and withered bone" is the key cause and pathogenesis of osteoporosis. Therefore,kidney-tonifying recipe has been widely used in the prevention and treatment of OP,and it is safe and effective. In recent years,with the wide application of molecular biology technology in traditional Chinese medicine, studies have found that mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK) pathway is closely related to the pathogenesis of OP. Many kidney-tonifying herbs can regulate bone metabolism by intervening the expression of related signal molecules in MAPK pathway,thus play a role in the prevention and treatment of OP. Based on the regulatory mechanism of the MAPK pathway in bone metabolism, this paper reviews the related studies on the prevention and treatment of OP by regulating MAPK signaling pathway of single Chinese herbs and Chinese berbal compound for kidney-tonifying. The aim of this study is to provide a basis for further research on the prevention and treatment of OP by traditional Chinese medicine.
