摘要：目的采用Meta分析方法评价中医护理技术对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者关节疼痛的改善效果。方法计算机检索PubMed、CBM、CNKI、Wangfang、VIP中关于中医护理技术干预RA的随机对照试验,并筛选纳入文献的参考文献,检索时间为2010年1月—2020年1月。由2名研究人员独立进行文献筛选、资料提取和质量评价后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入13项研究,包括1315例样本。Meta分析结果显示,在改善RA患者疼痛VAS得分方面,干预组与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义[WMD(random)=-1.99,95%CI(-2.62,-1.36)];在提高RA患者护理有效率方面,干预组与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义[RR(fixed)=1.12,95%CI(1.05,1.20)]。结论中医护理技术干预可能降低RA患者的疼痛VAS得分,提高RA患者的护理有效率。受纳入研究数量和质量的限制,上述结论尚需开展更多高质量研究予以验证。
Objective To evaluate the Intervention effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)nursing technique on joint pain in patients with rheumatoid arthritis by using meta-analysis method.Methods The randomized controlled trials of TCM nursing interventions for patients with rheumatoid arthritis published in PubMed,China Biomedical Literature Database,China National Knowledge Network,Wanfang Database and VIP database were searched by computer,and the included references were screened.The retrieval period was from January 2010 to January 2020.Two reviewers independently conducted literature screening,data extraction and quality evaluation according to the Cochrane Reviewer's Handbook quality evaluation criteria,and then Meta analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results Totally 13 studies were included,including 1315 samples.The results of meta-analysis showed that there was a statistically significant difference between the intervention group and the control group in improving the pain VAS score of rheumatoid arthritis patients(WMD[random]=-1.99,95%CI[-2.62,-1.36]),and a statistically significant difference in improving the nursing efficiency of rheumatoid arthritis patients(RR[fixed]=1.12,95%CI[1.05,1.20]).Conclusion TCM nursing technology intervention may reduce the pain VAS score of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,improve the efficiency of nursing for patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Due to the limitation of the quantity and quality of the included studies,the above conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality studies.
