摘要：藏象理论作为《黄帝内经》对脏腑认识的核心理论,长期以来对临床实践具有广泛的指导作用,但仔细研究《黄帝内经》原文及历代著述,发现在关于脏腑分类的认识上,有许多不同观点,历代医家也对此存在诸多争议。因此,探究《黄帝内经》原文内涵,或许能为中医基础理论的发展拓宽思路,而且也有助于各家学说的研究。
The theory of visceral manifestations as the core theory of understanding the viscera in Neijing shows the instructive effects on clinical practice widely for a long time,but after carefully studying the original text of Neijing and the writings in the past dynasties,there were different kinds of opinions on the understanding to the classifications of the viscera,and many debates exists among the physicians in the past dynasties.Therefore,exploring the connotations from the original text of Neijing might broaden the thinking for the development of TCM basic theory,and it could help the studies on the theories of different schools.
