摘要:目的:探讨降糖胰生胶囊(人参、生地、黄芪、黄连、水蛭)治疗糖尿病的药理作用.方法:研究降糖胰生胶囊对实验性糖尿病模型大鼠血糖、糖耐量、胰岛素释放、胰高血糖素释放及肝糖原的影响以及对肾上腺素性小鼠高血糖的影响.结果:降糖胰生胶囊对链脲霉素所致的实验性糖尿病大鼠有明显降低血糖的作用(P<0.01),能改善糖耐量(P<0.01),提高血清胰岛素含量(P<0.01),同时能降低血浆胰高血糖素的含量(P<0.01),并能调节实验性糖尿病大鼠某些血糖代谢环节,如促进肝糖原、肌糖原的合成等;并能明显降低肾上腺素引起的小鼠血糖升高(P<0.01).结论:降糖胰生胶囊具有降低血糖、改善糖耐量,促进胰岛素释放和肝糖原、肌糖原的合成,并可降低血浆胰高血糖素的含量.
AIM: To probe into the pharmacological influence of Chinese medicine Jiangtangyisheng Capsule ( ginseng, rehmannia dride rhizome, radix astragali, coptis chinensis, leech) on diabetes. METHODS: The changes of blood sugar, sugar tolerance, insulin release, glucagon release, hepatic glucogen in experimental diabetic rats were monitored after the treatment of Jiangtangyisheng Capsule. RESULTS: The capsule had an obvious effect of bringing down the blood sugar of the rat models with experimental diabetes caused by streptomycin ( P 〈 0.01 ), could improve the endurance of the blood sugar ( P 〈 0.01 ) and increase the amount of insulin in blood serum (P 〈0.01 ), meanwhile, brought down the amount of high blood sugar in plasma (P〈0.01), and adjusted the steps of some blood sugar metabolism of the rats with experimental diabetes, for example, promoting the synthesis of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen. It could also bring down the raise of mouse blood sugar that was caused by adrenalin( P 〈 0.01 ). CONCLUSION: The capsule has the effects of bringing down blood sugar, improving the endurance of blood sugar, promoting insulin release and the synthesis of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen, and also can decrease the amounts of glucagon in plasma.
