摘要：宫颈癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,发病率在我国女性恶性肿瘤中居第2位,不论是早、中、晚期,其目前有效治疗均以西医为主。而面对治疗过程中所产生的如发热、出汗、尿潴留、腹胀腹痛、头痛、肿胀等各类并发症和副作用,西医显得力不从心。我国中医学尽管与西医有不同的理论体系和治疗方法,但其经过数千年的传承与沉淀,以人自然社会为自身医学模式,强调以人为本,为人类健康不断做出新的贡献。数千年来中医学在整体观念和辨证论治理论的指导下,以望闻问切四诊法搜集患者病情进行辨证施治。本文从中西医两方面对宫颈癌进行了简要介绍,以相关病例为依据,对宫颈癌患者放化疗后加以中药治疗,对放化疗后出现发热、恶心辨证为湿热瘀阻、腹胀腹痛辨证为气滞兼脾胃不和等症状有明显的缓解作用,减轻患者痛苦,恢复自身正气,提高生活质量。通过以上两者的结合,中医药较好的缓解了西医治疗宫颈癌患者所产生的副作用和并发症,因此将两者有效的相结合治疗某些疾病,为临床提供了更好的方法,可以更好地为患者服务。
Cervical cancer is one of the common gynecological malignancies,which has the second highest incidence rate in female malignant tumors in China,no matter it is in early,middle or late stage,its current effective treatment is mainly based on Western medicine.In face of various complications and side effects such as fever,sweating,urinary retention,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,headache,swelling,etc.,western medicine seems to be incapable.Although traditional Chinese medicine has different theoretical systems and treatment methods than Western medicine,after thousands of years of inheritance and precipitation,human-nature-society is its own medical model,emphasizing people-oriented and making new contributions to human health.For thousands of years,under the guidance of the overall concept and the theory of syndrome di fferentiation and treatment based on four diagnostic method in collecting patients'conditions.This article gives a brief introduction to cervical cancer from both Chinese and Western medicine,based on relevant cases,applying Chinese medicine for people with cervical cancer,of whom after treating with radiotherapy and chemotherapy,suffered from fever and abdominal,TCM has signi ficantly reduced the pain and improved the quality of patients’life.Through the combination,traditional Chinese medicine has better alleviated the side effects and complications of Western medicine in treating cervical cancer patients,therefore,the combination is effective in treating certain diseases,providing a better clinical method and service for patients.
