摘要：在陇中(甘肃中部)地区特定的环境下,民众在生活中曾经形成吃虱、舔碗、尿盆洗脸等"另类"习俗。吃虱是在缺衣少穿及干旱缺水等酷劣生活环境中形成的陋习,随着生活条件的改善及缺水问题的解决已基本绝迹。饭后舔碗是一种不雅观、不卫生的日常习惯,但包含着民众节俭惜食等精神内核,对其应剥离其陈旧因子而去追寻、认同和弘扬所隐含的精神实质。用尿洗脸是集医疗保健、润肤洁肤与节水节柴于一体的生活习俗,在民众缺医少药及用水燃料奇缺的生活条件下发挥了其特有的功效。这些"另类"习俗都具有特定的生成环境和背景,对待这些"另类"习俗应把"采风识俗""辨风正俗"和"移风易俗"紧密结合起来。
In Middle Region of Gansu, alternative customs such as eating fleas, licking dinner plate, washing face with piss pot were ubiquitous throughout people＇s life, and this is the product of a particular social environment. Public life has been very poor in Middle Region of Gansu and shabby clothes for fleas living provided suitable environment, and local severe water shortage and drought conditions caused people lack of access to the shower. So the habit-eating fleas was formed in such a poor living environment. Licking dinner plate was a performance of the traditional concept in eating behavior, and people in Middle Region of Gansu formed careless character in such a harsh natural environment. Meanwhile, licking food plate reduced the use of precious water. Licking food plate also contains public frugality and treasure food. The ancient general awareness was that urine has medical value or moisturzing cleansing effect, so washing face with urine can be seen as an act of traditional health care. It also helped to save water and firewood in Middle Region of Gansu （ area scarcity of water and fuel）. Through objective analysis of formation and background of alternative customs, we could see that learning folk customs, using it, transforming the social traditions should combine together.
